I went into the city the other night, and saw Andrew McMahon play at this really small theater for a show that only sold like 300 tickets. It was awesome! I got a t-shirt that says "Andrew McMahon is a friend of mine", and I got an autograph, and a hug

I finished making my super delux Death the Kid hat, during which I finally learned how to use my sewing machine after an epic battle with it, in which I made it cry (oh how I love run-on sentences).

I just saw Where the Wild Things Are, and it was really really good! It could've been just a bit longer, just to establish this and that a bit more firmly, but the music was top notch, and the story telling was outa this world! Wouldn't advise bringing really little kids to see it though. It had a few ify parts that could be sorta freaky for younger kids. On the other hand, there was this birthday party of like twenty 6-or-7-year-olds, and as far as I could tell, they were just fine. No one screamed, no one started crying, nothing.
